I tried for several days to figure out why my ggplot2 was not installing properly, your video just hinted at the R version being used. After the upgrade to 4.2.1 all issues are now gone.....all the videos i watched were simply saying uninstall and install ....Thanks man

Hi! This is very informative. I'm having troubel installing CASdatasets and tinytex due to 2 different reasons. Package not available on my R version for CAS datasets and the directory /usr/local/bin is not writable. I'm trying the "run as administrator" approach but cannot find this option on mac when i right click on R Studio. COuld you please help? Thanks!!

Please, when I run this code library(ggplot2) in scrip just apear this in console: Error: package or namespace load failed for ‘ggplot2’ in loadNamespace(i, c(lib.loc, .libPaths()), versionCheck = vI[[i]]):
namespace ‘rlang’ 0.4.11 is already loaded, but >= 1.0.0 is required
In addition: Warning message:
package ‘ggplot2’ was built under R version 4.1.3
