I just got the same steering last week for and did not realize it was going to block part of my view on the gauge cluster. I then purchased an eccentric hub adapter that offset it 12mm to give me better visibility of the cluster. The downside is that the stalks are further now as well.
As in every build of your Rc cars ,this is an exceptional build worth every anticipated moment when the BMW will be finished. Waiting patiently for this build 🤩🤩 to be finished but also not to be finished . Thank you for awesome vids @ DW

Does the Us have any restrictions in terms of safety requirements? Im pretty lucky that my mx-5 does not have any aerbags out the factory but if you want to change it on newer cars its not possible. "Legally" not possible here in Germany.
How about safety and legal things, u have no airbag now isnt it? Is that legal to drive a car with no airbag? And how about, better not to of coufse but, how about crash or smth, u dive with head into steering wheel?

I think if I trim the legs of the horn button just a little bit, it will fit pretty well too.

This BMW doesn't have an air bag from the factory.
