1. Power voltage error
2. scanner cable / cable connection error
3. printers pcb board error
How to solve:
1. Turn off printer and on again
or.
2. clean or change scanner cable or clean scanner cable connetion port.
or,
3. change or repair your brother's printer's pcb boards.

I have T500W. Buttons on the panel are doing actions of other buttons. Example When I press Mono button, display shows change of page size. Mono and Color buttons then act as up and down button.
Similarly other button also not working as expected, when I press something else happens. This is baffling

J'ai solutionné un problème en tapant un coup sec assez fort sur la partie scanner (sur le côté) lorsque celui-ci essayait de se déplacer... pas très orthodoxe comme méthode mais ça a marché pour moi
