agree. Host should allow the homeowners to do the talking / tour. suggestion, before your roll / record, brief your crew on how the flow of the tour will be. Camera focus must be on the subject (homeowner / designer) as he or she talks, and then after the tour, take some shots of the things you have discussed during the tour. This will take time but will definitely have a huge impact on your presentation and editing. Tone down also, you are a guest inside these homes, do not over power the homeowners. Remember, you are a friend who is visiting their homes, not a nosey neighbor - so chill. Hope these tips help. Excited to see your next episodes.

I like an industrial finished house. I’m learning a lot and hopefully will execute it when I do my house. Thank you for featuring this kind of design. If I may suggest to keep the unnecessary comments to a minimum. It doesn’t help to promote the design element of the house. Better focus on how the design was achieved and cost effectiveness. Good job to the architect 👍🏽

This has lots of useful tips on implementing the industrial design. Needs tighter editing for faster pace as there are lots of extraneous info that are not related to the topic of industrial design.
This is the best kitchen I have seen so far. The space is so generous. Clever natural light design. Good idea in combining the dining table with the kitchen island. Beautiful floor. Nice ceiling. Very unique entrance. Enigmatic. But I dont like the walls. It should have atleast a different texture from the floor to break off the continuity. But overall I love the house. Its a very brave design especially in our country.

You don't need to narrate that they have a rice cooker, microwave, oven toaster.... we can see that. Sana mas pinagsalita yung owner about the features of his house. The whys and hows.
