Kimari can ask the Attorney or mangers to explain why Kaydian can not get her return on her deposit when there is no sign contract and what are the terms in which a customer will loses parts of their deposit. Buyers be careful, the members of this development have not return my full deposit and they can not explain why.
@wayne G…..After selecting a 2 bedroom lot and signing the offer to purchase form in June of 2020, Michelle ( the leading realtor) then told me that the unit I had selected was no longer available because someone else made a deposit. Remind you no one call me nor my realtor for a deposit.I share this with their suggested buyer Attorney who told me not to deposit on the new unit until she receive the contract. N.B Michelle also stated that units are going pretty fast so I need to hurry! I share this with Michelle who assure me that I would get a full refund because there’s no contract. I foolishly deposit on a new unit in September 2020 then suddenly the attorney no longer wants to work with them. The new Attorney was not brief, so she wasn’t able to answer my questions. She wasn’t able to get a timely response from their Attorney, the contract given to us did not represent what Michelle and I agreed on, they started to use covid guideline and the 3 weeks rain for not doing any work on the development, I ask to for pictures or layout of my expected unit ( 3 bed split) and I was told they were deleted from her phone ( days pass,I never saw anything)….overall there’s always something and I just got frustrated with them! I sign the offer form in June 2020 and requested my refund in November 2020, currently in June 2021 they still owe me $50,000 and can’t explain why?
@Wayne G would you continue the purchase with this development? In June, they stated 50 units completing in September then 50 more in December. I do understand things happen but be honest with your customers! Not to mention the model unit is rubbish, don’t get me wrong they have great amenities, location seem to be safe and that’s what sold me for the 3 bedroom.
Big drawback for me with the model shown is there is no dining area.....The living room practically flows right into the kitchen (look where the dining table is placed in the kitchen)

@@kayb9154 does your receipt state what the money was for? For major purchase items like a home or a car, never pay out money without having a signed contract first.

Apparently, the same story they you about units sold out; is the same story they told me this is why I quickly made the deposit expecting the contract to be ready. I could not sign a contract that did not reflect on what we agreed on example unit number, the type of unit or price for the unit. If the leading realtor Michelle did not assume me of my full return, I would not have done that. Their attorney Micheal told me in January 2021 that he will advise his client to return the $50,000 and I still have not received it.

For those town houses close to the sea its at a good height from the sea but I would be worried about storm surge from a hurricane!

Wow, Out of the Blue sold out there 3 bedrooms already? That was fast. As for the other development, 2,200 sq ft for a 4bed/ 4½bath is very small

15 months will probably turn in 30 months and into 60 months for completion
