Clever anchoring trick. The [video] take of Teulu from a distance showing the swaying of the mast as indication of "rolly" was illustrative indeed. The underlying issue is that you have a sea state that is not in line with the wind. The wind keeps your boat in line with its direction, but when the waves follow another path, it gets rolly - side-to-side motion. Forward and aft, up and down, movement is easier on the mind than rolly, so this clever trick solves the problem by making it impossible for the wind to blow the boat along its direction.
one tip, when pull starting if you want the cord to last, don't yank it ever when it's un-tensioned. tension it first before pulling. I noticed you yanking the chord before it was tensioned even when the cord was frayed and hanging by a thread. never do this even with a brand new chord, it puts the chord under significant additional stress and load suddenly in a split second, this is likely why its not lasted even though you recently replaced it i think you said.

Looks like it's time to buy a New Outboard for your Taxi, 'cos another incident like that could see you swept out to sea. I've tried rowing against the tide and failed miserably. Scary!
Sorry to see that pull rope go it's likely that the bolt coming loose is the recoil unit assembly bolt or known as the do not unscrew bolt i learned this the hardway when trying to get an old 4hp evinrude working and it holds together the recoil assembly.
You need to make a “flopper stopper”, yes it really is a thing (google “faymarine flopper stopper” for a simple design). I was pretty sceptical, but the cost of a triangle of ply and a couple of weights I thought it was worth a go …. and amazingly they work. Not perfect but it stops the roll building up to the “cannot sleep” stage 😀
Great vid! There are some things sold called rocker stoppers. It's easy to find on line and they don't take up much room when in storage. I know that some of the other u-tube sailors use them.

You can also show some sail on your ketch mast this keeps you weather vain'd into the wind and acts as an air brake side to side.

Delta anchors are horrible. IMO they are a sure sign of an inexperienced cruiser. 20kg bruce would be perfect for your boat.
Ours has never budged since and we have a backup rocna too 😊
