Harley was sooooo much like Reva; she challenged him, and that is why they worked as a couple! That’s why he fell for her. She was the only other person I really liked with him. (I think Reva would have loved those little outfits; after all, she was quite the flashy dresser herself!) Also, it would have been a great scene for him to show Reva those videos after she came back and they were together again.
