Today's dish is a traditional Korean dish.
Because Korea is close to the sea, many people can eat fresh seafood right away.
So, like Japan, we eat a lot of sashimi in Korea.🤗

🥗 Adjust the seasoning for home-cooked recipes to suit your taste.
✔ Spicy crab sauce, shrimp paste sauce: 1T red pepper paste, 6T red pepper powder, 3T soy sauce, 2T tuna broth,
2T minced garlic, 2T cooking wine, 4T starch syrup
(Adjust the seasoning with red pepper powder and soy sauce.)
✔ Soy sauce crab, salmon sauce: 2 cups water, 2 cups brewed soy sauce, 1 cup cooking wine, 1/2 cup plum syrup, 3T sugar, 3T tuna.
Onion peel, green onion root, peperocino, whole garlic, kelp, smoked anchovies, katsuobushi.
(It's really delicious if you add smoked anchovies and bonito flakes.)

The drinks always look so good, but I don't think we have those at my Costco. Your new curtains you hung were so pretty for autumn as well.
