- The plaintiff let her neighbor borrow a special and exclusive edition of Essence magazine. She says the defendant lost it and now owes her for it. She claims the defendant has threatened her, so she’s suing for the cost of the magazine and threatening bodily harm. The defendant argues she had to move out to repaint her apartment, and it must have gotten lost during that. The defendant says the plaintiff left trash in front of her door. She doesn’t get why the plaintiff is suing her for so much money for a $3 magazine. She’s countersuing for aggravation and harassment.

...But on the other hand, some old worthy ($) magazines may be helpful and important to have to read about news, our cultures and histories etc. and to keep as sentimental value or possibly sale depending on her research. I don't think that the plaintiff realized that.

They need to upload the one with the two plaintiffs who were suing - better yet, SCAMMING - their landlord for $900. Judge Milian LITERALLY tore them a new one and ordered them to pay EVERY PENNY of the defendant’s $450 countersuit.

"GET OUT OF MY COURTROOM!!!!" I felt that. I *almost* felt bad for the plaintiff but she deserved every bit of that dragging. The way she called that other woman a prostitute alone shows how malicious her intentions are and how evil this woman is and escalated all of these over a darn magazine.

The plaintiff is crazy and has way too much time on her hands if she has nothing better to do but spread rumors about people and spread lies. She is a malicious busybody. She is also trying to use being bipolar as an excuse for her behavior. Im bipolar. I understand having mental illness. But having mental illness doesn't give you a pass on behaving so despicably to your neighbors. I can't stand how smug the plaintiff is before the judge lets her have it. She argued that she is bi-polar as though that was an excuse or justification for her horrific behavior. There is medication for that and she is responsible for figuring that out! Calling CPS was outrageous! Well hence forth she's now known as the crazy lady that won't take her meds.
