We had such a marvellous time at the National Gallery London during the Van Gogh- Poet and Lover exhibition. Normally its free to enter the National Gallery except for exhibition like this.
The Van Gogh: Poets and Lovers exhibition at the National Gallery in London focuses on the artist's time in the south of France, where he developed a new style of painting that was inspired by his fascination with poets and lovers:
To book tickets visit the National Gallery, London website. This exhibition is very popular. We had to wait two weeks to secure our spot.

Vincent van Gogh was a Dutch Post-Impressionist painter who is among the most famous and influential figures in the history of Western art.
He was not successful during his lifetime. He was largely ignored by the public and struggled with poverty and mental illness. In 1890, he committed suicide and died two days later. Unfortunately, he did not live to see his success.
That’s so sad looking how famous he is today, some even say he was born at the wrong era 😢
