紅村窯｜和菓子の伝統技法を取り入れた陶芸家｜笑顔と共に京都の伝統産業を伝えていく

初めて見たときにその細かさと美しさにビックリした
京都の紅村窯、4代目、林郁子さんの作品。
目の前で作業を拝見させていただいたが、常に笑顔で接していただき、
ニコニコしながらも鋏を入れ続け、乾燥しないように何度も筆で水分を
足していくといつの間にか綺麗な花が出来上がる。
どうしてもこの技法に注目が集まるが、元となる土の配合の難しさと
釜に入れて焼き上がるまでが本当の勝負と語る。
さらにライフワークにもなっている陶芸教室や教壇に立つ意義なども
教えていただきました。
