Just don't buy a cheap crappy snorkel. Buy an Australian Safari Snorkel, one of the best and it solves all these issues with relocation brackets and bolts. All the hard work is worked out for you.
You are of course correct to a degree - but the amount you need to move and change is a lot - it does not strike me as the best bit of design -good design should be simple to install... new airbox and moving ECU's does not strike me as easy.
I am confused. So the snorkel is a fake addition, ie not connected to the airbox - why? I don't think you would be drilling into the water bottle, as it is separated by the wheel arch. You didn't use the pop rivets - tho you say it's the better way - because the snorkel wasn't aligned properly, so you had to use long screws and spacers? That really didn't come across as a professional install - I hope no one is paying you to do this? Interesting to watch tho.
We test fit all the products we sell and give an honest opinion of how hard they are to fit..... this was the purpose of this and all our videos... I think have drawn the same conclusion about this job as we were trying to convey....

I did buy one of the Australian ones but it looked like it was upside down ? cant think why that would be !

You should have used double sided tape, your navara is now wounded...
