I guess that oil is way healthier than the other refined oil that we use. I usually prefer cooking any mutton dish with its own fat(without any additional refined oil)...it tastes wayyyy better n it is healthier i guess. I've noticed the afghani dishes made that way so gave it a try. N i appreciate ur mama's idea of frying the chapli kabab with the natural fat. It would taste wayyyy better.
