I don't know if you've ever played Arkham Asylum, but it does give off that feeling in some parts. Especially the sections where Scarecrow is involved. The game is old like me so you may not have played is depending on your age. It was initially made for Xbox 360 and PS3. But they did they made a backwards compatible version for the Xbox One/Series X. I don't know if they did the same for PlayStation though.
