I just got a cricut so my question might sound silly but I’m a beginner (disclaimer). I’m trying to make a stencil sheet and am having the hardest time because every tutorial I see, is using a much older version of Design Space 😓.
I first insert my image, then I insert a square shape, to then place my image over it. However, my square after a few clicks, stops being able to be “editable”; like I can’t resize it, I can’t change its color, or do anything. Is there a specific button or option that I need to click to be able to edit that item? Even my image at that point, is also not editable. I’m so frustrated and it’s so difficult to find any updated resources. Any help would be appreciated!! Thank you

Make sure your image is in svg file. Convert any jpg or png to svg. Use adobe then convert jpg or png to svg for free.
