Good demo of the versatility of basic strike shapes, and reminder of how a length of track can be used.

I know a lot of people who underestimate the powerful landing strength of 11 ounce sticks - when they cushion up and I show them some basics, just like these, they never underestimate it, again! It's great to see you remembering the little guys, and beginners! I see that nowhere else, online!

Paul, great video!! I've really been enjoying your tutorials.....I have a Wing Chun/Hapkido background, and after a friend made me a pair great rattan sticks, I decided to check out FMA. Really lovin' it!!! Learned a lot from your stick, knife, and empty hand vids...keep up the good work.

Yep, I find the whole Kali/Escrima/FMA stuff fits in well with all the different Hapkido styles I have trained in, it’s like finding the missing pieces of a jigsaw puzzle!

I love the addition of Bob or the other striking surfaces. It really helps me to better visualize where my strike is supposed to land. Great addition to your former sessions on this Paul. It's going to help me so much! Thank you!!!

Sticks are devastating in the right hands as its just an extension of the arms with a little extra wack. Just discovered your videos I will be learning alot to mix into my style thanks for the instructions on your videos excellent hard work and brilliant demonstrations. ⚔️👍🏿

I begin my double sticks in my backyard generally. But sometimes I simply start while walking down Main Street in downtown.
