Hi chitra madam ....hope all good at ur end . I ur subscriber and I watch all ur shows meticulously. This shop called wedtree at pondybazaar chennai, I went to buy few collections ...simply just based on ur videos I went to shop.. Horrible customer service, they have liberty on phone chat even when customer ter, no rush, no consideration by staff to ask requirent of customer, expensive, quality is not to mark as said . There is no proper management head for the shop . Chitra mam based in ur videos we visit the shop , don't recommend these shops either nor give ur feed back on ur videos abt this grievance also . This will spoil ur goodwill also .
