Bro you can go to dubai on visit visa (90 days) then upload your cv on dubizzle and start finding jobs. You go for interview and get select for the job but please don't go through agents...
Second country is South Africa Capetown same thing you go on visit visa find job start working but in South Africa choose Capetown don't go to Johannesburg bcoz Johannesburg is too much danger place
Third country is Botswana Africa here also so simple come on visit visa find job start work i am also working here from last 5 years as a operations manager in resort ....
