Actually, in Kpop, they do coordinate the hair colors. For every new big music release in kpop, every group does what's called a "comeback", where their hair, clothing, accessories, all the styling changes to match the concept of whatever release they're promoting. So much thought goes into these music videos.

Cat & Dog's lyrics say how they want to be a dog in the sense of always being by that person's side and how in a monochrome world, that person shines red and blue (dogs are colorblind) I think it's a nice song

For the first song the time 5:53 is called Blue hour and it's kinda believed that during that time magic and dreams are alive. This is why the MV was so crazy and the green screen looked like that, because they could afford good cgi, but wanted everything to look unreal and imaginary. Also at the end you can see that the clock hits 5:54 and everything goes dark because the magic is gone and the imagination can no longer be reality.
A little more clarification about them and their concept. Basically, they tell a continuous story of growing up and dealing with all the problems of youth/adolescence. "Crown" is about their horns, or the things that make them different and make them feel like an outcast. Their is a line "are your wings the same pain as mine" that can be understood as is that your "blemish" that makes you different/a monster. They also start calling their horns a crown to show that this difference is not something bad, but something that sets them apart and makes them special. This theme is also continued in some of their future releases.
Many people claim that "cat&dog" is weird and hating on both the song and txt, actually. But I love it, because its basically finding your favorite special person and not wanting to separate from them. And the best symbolism to use for this is being a pet, since our pets are always with us and show us unmeasurable love. Its not about following commands and such.
From my understanding crown isn’t about becoming a devil and liking it. It’s about a boy who was born with horns and feeling ashamed of them. Then one day he found true friends and the horns began to feel more like a “crown”. This is shown more their MV Magic Island.
I was giggling when you said what type of group you think they are because believe me...whatever you come up with in your head they are not that. What you saw in these 4 MVs is maybe 5% of what they are and do. But i let you decide if you wanna find out more or not😁

No their songs are mostly about growing up and mental health, there a storyline for their whole discography
They do all types of music. Cat & Dog is their second MV , some people find ir kind lf cringy understandably but it has become a fan favorite for concerts because of the barking section. But TXT has evolved a lot since then and have done so many different genres. If you are willing to check them out again, I'd recommend

The name of the song Blue hour in Korean is "You and I Found in the Sky at 5:53". The lyrics express the complicated emotions while looking up at the sky at 5:53 PM, which is the sunset time for October in South Korea. It is also the time of the day ‘between the two worlds’, when the sky is the most beautiful, but also the time when shadows quickly grow.
Crown is about a boy with horns that feels different until he meets a person with wings. Like, there's the line "are your wings the same pain as mine?". And through loving them they learn to love the thing that makes them unique. So because of that person they now view their horns as a crown on their head.
Cat & Dog is about puppy love, finds the members comparing their loyal devotion to that of man's best friend. "I don't want to be just friends," they sing on the hook. Beyond its infectious sound, “Cat & Dog” holds a deeper meaning that resonates with listeners. The lyrics express the desire to break free from the mold and be true to oneself, much like the playful nature of cats and dogs. The song conveys a message of independence and self-expression, encouraging listeners to embrace their unique qualities, to embrace their differences and celebrate their individuality and pursue their own paths and not be confined by others' perceptions or limitations. Overall, "Cat & Dog" celebrates individuality and the freedom to be true to oneself.
TXT is known for having the most crazy Kpop storytelling concepts! Telling the story of a friendship between 5 boys who are growing up, accepting themselves, examining their friendships, and navigating promises and betrayals. They go through a series of confusing events, from growing fantasy body parts to visiting a magic island and revisiting memories. The entire story of TXT is about coming of age, but it goes through the world of fantasy, When they were young they made a promise to a star that they would be together forever. However they ended up separating and the star fell asleep. As they grew older, they started growing pains and fears that manifested onto their body like horns, pointy ears, spikes, odd eyes and wings. Have they become monsters? They wondered. The boys met again, but they didn't remember anything not even each other, why they met and what they had to do. As they reunited, they began to grow a friendship once again, playing and laughing with each other. They created the magic once again and started playing with it as they pleased. Reversing time, freezing the magical moments they created with their imagination. But dealing with something they don't know well, ended up messing with their reality, as the magical world they created started getting mixed with the reality and soon falling into chaos. Their friendship started falling apart as jealousy, distrust and death got on their way. They started fighting and they didn't know who to trust, what to remember and if they could be saved. A greater power out of their magical world is now flying in the sky (the dragon). It starts attacking them, destroying their friendship, their dreams and their world. Trying to save everyone and their friendship, they make a deal with an odd eye cat, but that power came with a price that they would suffer to pay. Now, as their monstrous side are surfing and chaos is taking over their lives, they must remember a name, a name that needs to be called, a true name that might help them. They must also remember a song, the song of the star, that once they sing it together they can save their friendship. Of course, this is all a metaphor for growing up and facing the reality of adulthood.
