    This is very helpful. Had a bad health scare 5 months ago. (Just turned 49 but before the health scare I felt amazing and never had any of these issues) It led to shortness of breath, panic attacks and insomnia. I have three young kids and need to be present. I feel that my brain needs these safety signals
