Props for putting Citizen Toxie first! It did the Tromaville multiverse way before The Avengers or Marvel even were a thing. Lloyd was way ahead of the curve on that one.
I just saw Lloyd Kaufman a few days ago at Cinema Wasteland. He was promoting his newest film. It's actually kind of astounding Lloyd is still making films at his age. Definitely going to pick up this 4K set.
I pre-ordered mine months ago and they keep delaying it now is for October 24. My favorite is the first Toxic Avenger.👍 Good showing and cool video Christian!👉😃👈
Awesome video Planet CHH hope your well my awesome friend . i love the the first three Toxic Avenger films not a fan of the fourth one . but i have the 40th anniversary box set .
I watched Toxic Avenger for the first time 2 days ago and thought It was a blast. I might have to get this box set lol. I'm interested In checking out the sequels.
Just had to ask via e-mail for them to send me the "Toxic part III" replacement disc - and received them the other day. They also sent me extra "Toxic part 2" and "Citizen Toxie" 4K discs too (don't know why). They even provided tracking with the parcel. I hope you all get your replacements as easy as I did!
Third is the one that sticks out for me the most.. guess cuz i was just like 5 or 6 and i thought it was just amazing 😅.. cuz there was a cartoon and toys my parents thought it was go na be ok for kids 😅
My favorites are 1 and 2. pt 3 is good. Part 4 I didn't care for. Can't wait to get this set. My older blurays are the rated versions. I must own the first 3 uncut.
Yep- the 4th (Citizen Toxie), was by far the wildest! My copy shipped just the other day, should receive it very soon. Thanks for review - glad you ultimately thought this set was so cool👍👍
I’ve seen the first two when I was younger and they were awesome. My favorite is 2. Ty again Christian and btw, Chris Jericho was offered a role in 3 but he turned it down I believe. Keep the great stuff coming please and Happy Early Halloween!
I guess I shouldn’t have expected much from troma but this is kinda disappointing. Flimsy box and no book or booklet or anything extra. Yeah not really worth $100 bucks at the moment lol
Toxic Avenger. Only seen and like the first one. Never saw any of the rest, just like Class of Nuke'em high. Mainly because that was the film I was first exposed to and just looking at the rest of the franchises...they look really really bad. It looks like they went over the top and then said "Let's get even MORE insane, low budget." and I have no interest in that. To me that's hitting a level that is just off putting. I did watch the cartoon Toxic crusaders and even owned some of the toy line. Of course I also played the video game and I wanted to like it but couldn't. Personally I miss the days of a hard R rated movie being turned into a PG rated cartoon franchise, toys of R rated movies being sold. To children and adult fans. Then the damn parents and or Jerry Falwell's of the world had to complain. And I might get some flack for this, but I ask "What is wrong with a kid watching an R rated movie?" Other then the fact that the parents don't like it? I really don't see the point. I watch all these 80's and 90's talk shows, etc. Parents going "Do you have children? You can't watch them 24/7." and "The kids had went to the video store and had been watching slasher films all day." and just like the horror fan/fangoria writer asked "So what?" YA, SO WHAT?! But of course that goes even further because now we can't even have a toy line or a cartoon sold to kids. Then we got the death of the Teenage mutant Ninja turtles movie franchise and Batman and Robin hood. Why? Because PARENTS had to f**king complain. My response is again, exactly as the Fangoria guy said "Kids LIKE THESE TYPES OF MOVIES. LET EM WATCH IT." I love the intro to Toxic avenger. At the gym and that song "Body talks". Love that entire intro/credits scene. Also love the "50 points for the kid on the bike!"

Citizen Toxie is hands down my favorite also.

Maybe mention this doesn’t include The Toxic Crusaders unlike at least one of the previous collections.
When I heard that Vinegar Syndrome was doing the restorations, I knew these were going to be good.

PLANET CHH 🔥❤️🔥
Pre order the collection here amzn.to/3tggZ8t
I want this set, but I need a big discount. I'm considering the blu ray set because it's such a bargain.

Actually, Ron Jeremy has been instituted at the funny farm.
I broke down and ordered the Toxie box set.
The first Toxic Avenger is my fave.
The price has put me off this for the timebeing
Does it play in a ps5
I'll buy this set. Under one condition... is ANYTHING Censored out of any of these films? If so, I'm not buying.
Is the 4k worth getting?
Yes
I ordered this MONTHS ago. Wtf. Lol
Sooooo...
It’s coming. Hang tight
