    I think you could sub a variable for all the Y values instead of typing all the numbers.
    Like:
    if(durationInSeconds / timeForEachRow >= 7):
    y=0
    (1,y): black,
    ....etc....
    Would have been just quicker to make some of the changes, though likely wouldn't help on the colors.
    Cool project though, thanks for sharing.

    if your high school doesn't offer "computer science" or programming course, I will suggest the nearest community college.
    They will most likely offer something there.
    Of course, there is a chance there is no cc near by.
    In that case, hopefully you still have a good internet connection.
    From there, you can still take courses offer by cc online. Otherwise, you can be self taught.

    Seriously thanks for this. Watching an objectively successful developer struggle with a language they aren’t familiar with makes me feel sooooooooo much better. Being good at one thing doesn’t make you an instant expert at a related thing, and it’s very helpful to see people much further along in their careers and successful than me struggling through the same stuff I do.
    I’m getting pretty confident with C#, but literally every time I touch Python I just end up screaming “what are you even?!?!?!” because typing seems to be super loosey-goosey or something. I’ve also lost more time than I’m willing to admit to the “elif” thing…

    This was fun! I’ve come to realize that know matter how many years that I’ve been coding, I still make mistakes, and I still get the occasion brain lapse. But at the end of the day I love coding, I’ve had some victories in coding, and I’ve learned to not beat myself up so much. Until the next time I make a mistake 😂
