I don't think the they're the same guy, their body builds look nothing alike and the one at the big mexican wrestling league looks taller than the guy dressed as Sonic. Same thing with the guy wearing the green outfit.

I remember hearing of this guy from the website of Derby City Wrestling, which was the developmental fed for Ohio Valley Wrestling, which was the WWE's developmental fed back then. Strange, isn't it? But here's hoping we'll know the identity of this wrestler called Sonic. The costume is very good.
