Saleh Family Cooks: Rocky Road Bars

- Join us and bake one of our favourite family dishes with us! Rocky Road Bars! Loaded with the most delicious flavours - we promise you will be obsessed!
Our Rocky Road Bar Recipe:
1 to 1.5 cups of Graham Cracker Crumbs
Half cup melted butter
1 Cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1 Cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Half Cup Shredded Almonds
1 Cup cream or regular marshmallows
1 Can sweetened condensed Milk
Bake at 350f for 20 minutes! (Cover with foil for first 10 mins only) until golden brown on top. Let cool and put it in the fridge and let it chill - enjoy!

my mom always tells me i shouldn’t break my fast with donuts and sweets she buys at the store but they just sit there looking so good😩 normally i try to eat dinner first tho and only have a little bit

Heya! I love your family and your videos! I just wanted to add a little comment about your talk on choosing “healthy” things for after your fast. I’ve battled an eating disorder for some time now, and I have discovered that every food is healthy for you mentally and physically (in moderation of course). I don’t think it was your intention to be implying that there are good and bad foods, but I just wanted to suggest maybe using words like “foods with more nutritional value” or “less processed foods” when talking about foods to eat when you break your fast. Again, I’m totally going to try this recipe and I love you guys! And your girls are adorable! Have a great day/night! 💕
