I mean in patanjali yoga sutras it say meditation is one pointed concentration but what i have experienced iN meditation only happened when there is no mind(UNMANI STATE).so concentration is just beginning stage of meditation. As per my guru osho true meditation is never been about concentration its all about watchfullness😍😍😍i owe everything in my life for his wonderful teaching.. 🙏🙏🙏🙏
