I remember watching the older episodes of Delos. Brady was always getting bit by something or other. Now I can watch Calico Skies and enjoy watching Bill get bitten by various creatures.
It is a paradise at Dry Tortugas. Me husband and I camp at Fort Jefferson every summer we take the ferry out there and stay the 3 nights and go back on the 4th day there are just not enough words to credit what a wonderful place it is. I love the history and everything about it.

Very cool! I feel like our friend Andy on Avalon in the ragged island had mentioned that plane. He ran a pearl farm and I think he used it to keep the farm supplied :)

Been there a few times watching Other YT channels, but this one had the Best ✅ color so far. That DeHavaland Single Otter belonged to ProMech Air out of Ketchcan Alaska (at least it use to). They are Great bush planes and originally had radial piston engines on them like the smaller Beavers had, but now everyone is going to turbines for safety. They sound terrible to us unlike the low, slow rumble of the radials .

My husband was talking to them on the phone ☎️ in Ketchcan (PreMech Air) about something once upon a time, when they found out he had all his seaplane ratings and had flown the Twin Otters, AND lived in Floow’da, , , IF he’d be interested in taking that run out of Key West flying tourists out there... He wasn’t interested though, maybe If it was Freight, but not PAX... Although he has paid attention to it slightly ever since then.😎

I always heard the story of people living in /on shikaras (house boats) in Kashmir, India and used to wonder how life might be. But in the 90’s there were no vlogs so we didn’t know how the life might be, but due to sailing channels like yours, sv Delos, sailing RAN, sail with the flo, adventures of an old sea dog, etc... I came to know that life can be so much fun.. I love you all.. and my love had started with @Distant shores Tv last year during pandemic

For those who like seaplanes the yellow beast is a Cessna Caravan and was my Island fantasy toy until sailing channels converted me!

Thanks!! I think she was doing it more for fun. She was off a sailboat in the anchorage with us! The lighting was just right as the sun went down 😍

We got a gh5 back in the fall. We played around with our settings a bit more to tweak image quality! 😀
