Thanks mate.. That was spot on.! A perfect refresher course to jog the memory. I've just picked up a nitro zorro/torro because I'm missing the nitro smell & noise. I don't even care that they're not as quick as electric nowadays, they're just cool & that's that.! Of course I'll have forgotten everything you've just said by tomorrow morning so I'd best make sure I've got 4G signal wherever I decide to bash because I'll most likely need to watch this again... I'd probably better charge a handfull of lipos & take something electric too just to be on the safe side. Cheers mate. 👍
Hi I have a zorro out of the box I haven’t been able to get it going to break it even in yet I have the fuel in the glow plug is definetly working and it’s definetly not flooded but it idles over for a few seconds 4 or 5 at max and then turns off What should I do
If its doing that it generally means an air block in the fuel line. Take the high speed needle out of the housing, prime the fuel until it comes out of the top of the housing and then put the high speed needle back in. Set it back to factory settings and then try again.
probably the plating on the plug is gone..if it runs with the igniter still attached and when removed it cuts out shortly after, you need a new plug. even if the plug still glows ..because it relys on a chemical reaction from the plating in the plug to keep running if the plating is worn out from breaking in or if its a cheap hsp plug and the plating is burnt away it wont run.
Does it sound like it’s revving high? Usually down to the idle setting. Without the engine started check that the carb gap is approx 2mm, if it is and still try’s to move on it’s own turn the idle screw gradually to the left.
I have the FTX Carnage and yesterday with out touching the throttle it was moving ans sounding like it was hitting the limiter, what screw do I need to turn to stop this from happing
I got it two weeks ago seems ok so far 👍 every time I go on ya channel I learn something worth knowing seriously!!! Cheerz bro

@@spudskirc4458 I will try this soon also i pretty much bump start the car by putting fuel into the air filter and if I don’t do this it hard to start
I’ve tried all these steps and still can’t get it to start I had it started once but whenever it got near to idling it just cut out
