This is so relatable - all my arty photos from Leeds DON'T mention that I spent the entire two hour train journey home with terrible acid reflux, trying not to puke. Then there was my solo jaunt to London which ended in me missing my coach and walking around lost, crying, with my phone on 1%... but of course my followers only saw the cute photo at Tate Modern. It's weirdly reassuring to be reminded that everyone is human and even the most "perfect" photos often have a backstory!
ah I've been there with the london story, I feel like most of my ventures when I was younger consisted of dead phones / missed trains / no money etc. literally the worst, but that doesn't look cooool for instagram!!
this is a video I don't know I needed but thanks! obviously I know that what you see online is not the reality, but it was refreshing to hear the stories behind some of your photos

this is such a great video idea!! interesting too bc i’ve always considered you as someone who is already open and honest about what they put on social media, so it’s weird to see like what we like omit from captions when we don’t mean to or don’t think about it too much, cos everyone does it!! the SITC one particularly rang true cos i feel like with those events they sound amazing but esp if you’re going alone they can be super overwhelming and scary
yeah i get you, that's kinda why i wanted to make it because you can always be MORE honest haha

omg !!! I distinctly remember that photo of the youtube space party and feeling fomo because i wasn’t able to go! it’s so weird that on both sides of the screen we weren’t having a good time lol yikes

hahaha it's actually quite good, probably more so if you're going as a "viewer" rather than a "creator" - ideally there would be an online video convention where those lines are blurred more though
