For the people rhat it isnt working for make sure you are typing the file extension at the end like .exe or .msi.

go to your anti virus in the windows security, click manage settings, find add or remove exclusion then add the file or folder you want to allow (doesn't work on C:\ so you might need to move the file to a new destination like desktop etc)
