@@terrib627it’s not about what it costs, it’s about why construction workers aren’t building them like that in the first place. A well built home with bolted foundations doesn’t cost much more than nailing a home to foundation. The only reason construction workers nail the house to foundation is really just to get it done faster, and it’s bs.

There are giant trees being ripped out of the ground, what makes you think that a brick building can withstand that? Tornadoes destroy everything in their path and there have been countless brick, stone, and concrete buildings that were destroyed by tornadoes. Maybe instead of blaming people, you should have some empathy for the people who were killed.

It is basically impossible to design a home that can withstand EF4/EF5 damage. At least not affordably.
