I did Rafting at Rishikesh.We need to follow what instruction are given initially by instructor.Lock ur legs inside boat, flip well with paddle holding it right way as rapid approach, lifeguard suit will help you float and be prepared for unpredictable rapid. Follow this, first time will be an amazing memory for life :)

First of all these river rafting is not for confused ATMA's like "Sameer Kaha h". This is going to be one of the best experiences of your life. Just remember one thing you are not gonna drown, so just be calm in these situations. Trainers will rescue you.
