There ain't much in terms of challenging PvE content, so Chaos is really the next best thing for using the units you want to. I was wondering if the 1st place +10 Ocean's Gray Waves in Rokkr Sieges was you lol
Your praise tickles my cranium, thank you lol Mark's prf has utility in the debuffs that it inflicts. For example, it can apply Stall to Harmonic Igrene's +1 movement; of course the stat debuffs are also nice, but all of these end up being useless when Freyr clears all start of turn debuffs. Euphoria at least scales extra damage off his attack, which is applicable to AoEs as well, to give me better chances at taking out more invested tanks and saviors. Plus I can at least use the Def/Res Ploy that I took off the same Plumeria, in arena.
I only upload Chaos Offense AR content for a few reasons really. Regular AR and other competitive modes in FEH conflict with my favoritism style of play, in which players are forced to roll for meta units and Mythic merges in order to reach/stay in the highest tiers; while I'd prefer to just roll for Lyn merges and the like. The most recent record of one of my normal AR matches was against Infantry Pulse. You'll see that my Mythics are +1 or unmerged, so I basically drift in and out of the Vault: th-cam.com/video/b2lqWAg26LU/w-d-xo.html I used to make normal AR vids way back in the day, under a different structure with commentary (they're still on my channel if you're curious); but I felt that to carve out a niche for myself in terms of FEH content creation, I should include my GBA edits/builds. Unfortunately these edits take time, and I can't do this every week; making builds for normal AR is also less consistent since I can't just use strictly Elibe units for scoring purposes. If it's monthly for Chaos, I have more time to prepare in advance. And as for Offense as opposed to Defense/both, that also has to do with keeping up with the meta in order to make a strong defense/entertaining enough replay compilation. If I don't constantly funnel enough resources to that end, my defense will start losing more and more until the ever evolving meta makes it obsolete. At least with Offense, I can mitigate the costs somewhat with my own skill/strategy, as opposed to leaving powerful tools in the hands of AI.
@@KinoSei I know what you mean. I've played mostly since release, but the game meta changes too fast and costs too much to keep your favorites viable in most game modes. I started fire emblem with fe7, where i fell in love with Athos, Hawkeye and Lyn, and Hector because of their crit animations but I still like some characters from newer games like byleth. Since the meta changes so fast, I just play the game modes to get some resources not try to reach a top score anymore.
always upvote Ursula. if you didn't know, and I don't fully know why myself, that safety fence thing happens if you end turn 1 in their range, though not always....? maybe the enemy needs an assist? as a non-fence user I thought I could start a defense the other week by Seior'ing an Igrene without an assist while in range but that didn't work. ah well

Thanks! Yea I've had a couple other people confirm the same thing about being in range with the fence on turn 1.
