@@canadiangopnik7007 nah, if you're a good cooler you don't use the counter version of lvl 3 unless it's on reaction. Too easy to punish. If you just throw it out your gonna eat big damage if your opponents any good. Same with the other counter supers. It's like waking up with buttons, it works sometimes, but if you're up against someone who's good they'll bait you into it or just hard counter it.

I can finally explain the science behind jotaros hat. His hat is open at the back with some parts sticking out at the top, that's why people don't understand where his hat ends.
They show it off him a bunch in the show, it's got some kind of faux hair on the back of it. His hat in Diamond is Unbreakable doesn't have it. It's just a funky looking hat he wears in his highschool days.
