This was great, my dad had an electrical porcelain mfg company in the 50s to 70s everything was done by hand I spent many hours putting clay into the molds and putting the clay molds into the basket to be fired. His company made the smaller type insulators. Good to see that the porcelain insulator business is still alive and well in the U SA Thank you for the great video

At what temperature the insulators are fired in the kiln?
So cool. As a potter it’s interesting to see porcelain used this way.
I passed a Schwab company earlier today. Got a few things, including a lock. Hoped to drive off in a pickup but it was a sticky area.
