    Mongolian beef is a dish from Taiwan consist sliced beef, usually made with soy sauce, brown sugar and corn flour. The beef is commonly paired with scallions or mixed vegetables. The dish is not spicy often served over steamed rice, or in the US, over crispy fried cellophane noodles
    Ingredients-
    Beef - 350g (thinly cut - 2" stripes)
    Soy sauce - 3 Tbspn
    Ginger - 1 Tspn
    Garlic - 1 Tbspn
    Scallion/ Spring Onion - Handfull
    Dry chilli - 3 nos
    chilli powder - 1 Tspn
    Pepper Powder- 2 Tspn
    Salt - 1 1/2 Tspn
    Corn Flour - 6 Tbspn
    Brown sugar - 2 Tbspn
    Oil
