I have a lot more footage like this, I mean a lot! I'd like to post it but there is somebody stealing my video and putting it on their channel(ghost of queens) and making money so I have to sort out what to do before changing from private to public. Any advice out there? Would be appreciated! Thank you guys! ❤

This is underratedly iconic. As a railfan, it's cool seeing the people from this time and not just the trains.
I know exactly where this was shot. 37th Av. between 79th and 80th street. You can see the P.O. Building at 2:49 in the upper left hand corner.
same thing i was thinking! man the 90s mustve been so fun, everyone outside having fun
2:22 the new york accent is strong with this one
Normal Back then
This was shot more than 30 years ago...!!! Those kids are now grown men. I was living in JH when this was shot.
The 90s were pretty fun, huh?

Please 🙏🏽 post more old videos of New York!
Holy shit dude this neighborhood was so different before . Now it’s lost its character. Also nice to see kids being kids without internet.
Now it is even better. As America becomes more multicultural, it gets stronger, more affluent and beautiful
Yeah back then it was way better, it’s still very nice in the historic district but too much change!
@@gnumaniHuman trafficking MS13 and food bank lines. I was over there a week ago. No one smiles there most people look miserable.
