Black women can have babys like that. My grandmother (dark skinned) and grandfather (dark skinned) had 7 kids together and my one of my Aunts was born with features like Alicia Keys. I saw an episode of Maury and the babies parents were both black and he was born with loose curly, blonde hair and blue eyes. The only trait he seemed to get from his parents was being light skinned. The father didnt even think it was his child because of the features of the baby.
