8:20 100% I always try and offer context to customers that I really like, and I support them with calling others and phoning around but i absolutely make sure they understand what it is I'm offering/ quoting for before they start hearing cheaper offers

24:25 Dentists, I find you just go with who you feel gives you the best service. I'm lucky enough to say 1. I rarely ever need to see one and 2. If I do, sad to say but I've had much better results going private than using NHS, i wouldn't say there are big differences in it but let's just say, when you pay for the service if they feel they need to go slower or take there time with injections to numb you then you get your moneys worth and you feel like you've been looked after and not rushed in and out (for context my nhs temp filling hurt until 2 weeks later when it fell out, and the private dentist that temp filling for £120 1. never felt a thing and 2. it's still going strong today

14:52 Jamerson-mcvitie coment sparkys have to do so many tests ( on, off) 🤣🤣🤣🤣, na look i get it there is all the fault finding to electrics and it can be a pain, but I don't think that is as stressful if you compared it with plumbing, you miss a joint or need to find a leak, that egg timer has already started counting down before you say yes I'm on me way & before you know it the ceilings on the floor

18:00 If you flipped that situation, if that supervisor had said that to a younger male ( you wouldn't say pregnant, so say they called this young lad fat or picked on him and went too far) if you singled out and pined a young male on site they would of 20% cried or 80% took that supervisors head off 😂, Elise you should have lumped him one, and then I bet that guy would of never done anything like that again 👊

20:30 also flipping the situation, if this bloke had said to a female customer to bend over he would be locked up, so why is it any different saying it to a female you work with
