I want to do something similar. I want use cursive text to be written on the screen rather than typed out via OBS instead of doing it in After Effects. Each letter would be written out by an invisible pen. I wish there was a plug in to do this in OBS because making a new video in after effects for every single caption or title would be a pain in the ass and take up HDD space. Is there a way to do this?

I’d love to see this with Streamerbot for bits and subs! That would be really cool. I wish I could afford to put you up in a “streamer palace” as you say, but I’ve got a long way to go myself to get into a full home!! Thanks for all you do.
My personal opinion would be to have all Nutty tips, gear, etc videos on your main channel, even if they aren't super edited. If you really wanted to, you could cut out some of the fluff and add a generic intro transition or something but probably not necessary. People are gonna watch your videos regardless. Having them on your main channel probably gives you more views. And then leave all longer vod type videos on this channel. Another idea would be to put these types of videos on BOTH channels. I don't know if it's allowed to post the same thing on 2 channels, but again, more views depending on which channel people are following. Otherwise, just do what is best for you.

Ok but how do you do that text animation to a Twitch chat overlay? For research purposes and not because I want to convincingly emulate an instant messenger with my chat on the screen for oldschool Windows 95 vibes.
After trying to have text type from a file I came searching found this which is what I had already done, only to be hit with a different video soon™... Help a brother out Nutty.
Pretty sure he has some videos on the obs scripts he uses, something like "zoom follow" is the name of the script your looking for It's a python script which is a lil more involved. Sorry, don't feel like looking for the video link myself but it's around somewhere.

I can't get the Move value filter. I've installed the plug-in but I'm failing somewhere. There's no Move transition let alone and Move filter.
How do you get the text to word wrap?
