Surprise to see you here. I can't stress enough how much of a fantastic job you've done with the soundtrack just going off of the demo. The theme that plays while on the world map and the boss them have become personal favorites of mine already. I can't wait to hear the rest of your work once the full game releases! Keep up the great work!
Wow I found this video out of nowhere but I like this idea. I'm so excited for Sea of Stars. I very recently beat Trigger and Cross after starting them a lot and never beating them growing up. EDIT: Now having seen through a lot of the video... ITS CRAZY how well this fits. And I know it must have taken some work to swap out all the music and line things up. Good job with this!
Thanks man I really appreciate it. So how were Trigger and Cross? I hope you enjoyed them. Even though I've played Trigger to death, I haven't played Cross myself but I do hear great things about it.
@@orcinusoafish153 So Cross was the one I grew up with... so I am very much favoured toward it for that reason. I'd always get more than half way through it before forgetting about it and losing my save file or not remembering what I was doing to be able to continue. Was very excited for the remaster (even if it ended up scuffed) but played Trigger in anticipation since I also heard good things about it. Trigger turned out way more amazing than expected, a really fresh take on the genre. Cross is definitely a very different game, but I don't hate what they did. And they did make more references to Trigger than I realized, even so much as for me to realize they take place in the same world at different times. Sure people may not like some of the story decisions but I think its really cool... until the rushed ending. And of course enjoying that game made me realize Sea of Stars looks awesome so I started looking forward to this one as well! I also have played The Messenger and that game is awesome too, albeit a different kind of game, so I have all sorts of leads that make me excited for Sea of Stars.
That's wonderful to hear. Glad you enjoyed your time playing it. I'm with you on being excited for Sea of Stars as I was keeping an eye on it for a while but after playing the demo it's personally become my most anticipated game of the year. I haven't played The Messenger but I've also heard good things about that game as well. I guess I should give myself some homework and play it before Sea of Stars releases.
🥲
