Jess, I got my wife a guardian bell and she doesn't ride a motorcycle but however she has it hanging on her rearview mirror in her Mustang... She says when she looks at it, it reminds her of how much I love her and I want her to be safe ! Guardian Bells are a very special and its always from someone's heart ! My daughter Shelby got me a new one this past Christmas and its a Bigfoot guardian bell cause she knows I like bigfoots.... I know it sounds stupid but it really means a lot to me that she cared that much cause she is really not into the motorcycle thing.... So hold on to them because they are given from the heart !
I totally understand about the bell. I bought my sportster brand new in 2002 and a friend of mine bought me a bell and it’s still on there. In 2015 I bought a 2008 deluxe. I bought it from a dude in S.C. and I’m from Western new York I had to go pick it up. I got it for next to nothing with very little mileage on it. He asked me if I wanted him to take the bell off I told him no I know it was bought for him but I did not want to jinx myself since he never had any issues. Stay safe Jess. 😎✌🏼

I was out riding with my grandson on his chopper and it was 35 F. It was a cold, but BEAUTIFUL day riding in the foothills of the Cascade Mountains of Washington State.
If you ever make it out to Bodega Bay California. North of town is the Bell Tower . People donated hundreds of bells from all over the world. When wind kicks up sand they all start ringing . So cool. Google it some time.

I can't wait to get some mid 40+ temps in your neighboring state of Indiana. Watching your videos help me get through the colder months. Working in extreme heat in the past has made me a wimp to the cold lol. Need me some heated gloves.
I think it is awesome seeing your videos talking about riding in the winter. I am a neighbor over in Indiana. And I haven’t really stopped riding. I think the coldest I’ve made it to so far is 17 degrees. I keep telling my wife I need to buy heated gear.

Ah yes the cooler climates. My low was 35 id go for a ride and I wouldn't go out if it got above 105 degrees. Anything climate except snow and rain I would not go out. Great ride today. Take care.
My wife gave me a guardian bell with a dogs paw print on it in memory of my German Shepherd “Frodo”. I fitted it to my Ryker when I picked her up on day one. So, in a way, he’s still looking out for me. 🙏🏻😎🏴
March 3, and it was 68and sunny here in eastern Kansas today! So a ride to the Harley dealer had to happen! Wind therapy!! And of course a goodly sum of funds was left... 🤷🏻♂️
We used to have a Harley Christmas tree. We collected all the HD tank ornaments and other HD ornaments and it was my most favorite tree. You could use your guardian bells as ornaments. Just a thought

Yesterday morning it was 8 degrees in Columbia County, NY. Kept me off the bike. But up to 30 today - may have to ride before the snow blows in this afternoon.
I am the same way with guardian bells. I have one but it stays as decoration around my house... I did use it for my Triumph while I had it but I have never felt it was right to put it on the new bike.
Jess, you are so right. I am the same way when I hear a nice exhaust go by. I have also owned a mustang and currently drive a Ford F-250 Super duty when I’m not riding the Harley.

Completely with you on that one. I have had my Yamaha Raider since new approximately 13 years. No guardian bell on it and I thank God 🙏 never had an incident with it.

Never had a bell, it wasn't a thing in the seventies, though thinking back I could have used one.
Consider maybe making a wind chime with the bells. Since you are a artist draw up design that can be made out metal & you can mount them to it.

I got my Odin heavy hitters a few weeks ago. I love em. Nyc is hovering around 40/30 degrees and they do well for quick trips under 45 minutes

Just an idea but maybe make a wind chime out of your collection of guardian bells. A metal ring and some fishing line will work
