The cover for boyfriend was meant for Raf even when I listened to the original I kept thinking in my mind how this was sound if she sang it and it's absolutely perfect.

Gahh I'm listening again and you have such a powerful voice but in this song you purposely sing in a more soft timber,it makes the music even more alluring and urges the listener to pay attention to the words,evokes a sense of desire and strong feeling for connection.I love it ,this is still my favourite cover
I loved the original, but there were parts that bothered me a bit. So listening to this version makes me so happy. You gave the other woman more agency by making it a choice rather than saying steal. It's a simple change, but it is one that I really like.

I read something once saying that to *choose* to "sin" makes it so much more addicting and well sinful as opposed to being coerced into it. Then you can mentally defend that no you didn't *really* want that but when you choose, it makes it all the better
I had the same issue. Like, there's a lot of assumptions made as well. This version is just hauntingly beautiful without as much creep factor.
I'm part of the group that has mixed feelings regarding the original song, but you did manage to "save" the whole song in my eyes. It has that sinister element to it, and i absolutely adore that about you and your style. It's dark, it's sinister, elegant, extremely clear even through the dark elements. There's no haste in the cover, it's calm and it's alluring. This isn't an easy song to cover; the original is light, it could really use a darker tone. And you've done it again. Just like your "Enemy" cover, it needed something dark and you delivered in such an amazing way. The art is as beautiful as the cover itself, well done, Raf (´▽｀)
