Talking about my last video

Hey guys! Just a little chat about my last video. My anxiety is definitely something I’ve been struggling with, especially recently, but here I’m just debriefing the fact that even in the moment of my last video when I was all worked up over something that is literally non-existent, I know that what I was feeling was in no way true and that my anxious mind was just convincing me otherwise.
