i mean if you had a weapon equipped in your inventory before you activate the cutscene you could, but the students would also need to teleport to the school. as for going to class, it probably won't work.
there aren't enough rooms in the school for all of the club rooms. however clubs like the science club or occult club can use classrooms. for example, since the science classroom is there, the science club can use it.
