Hi I also own a FARR38, and I would like to know how did they manage to change the bow of this boat, as well as the effect on speed?

I sail on chinook and the modification is meant to be good for upwind saiing. the sugar scoop is better for down wind. sadly these mods do change the handicap quite a bit but that being said she sails beautifully and looks really racey. the bow is a very nice shape
