@ permit toh nahi nikal raha hai m coming to sikkim in December 1st week and all travel agent are saying govt. notification not received… hav ask for zero point also bt lachung road is closed for tourist… if possible pls share govt. notification with me and wud also take assistance from you on getting PAP…
