- Mamas & Papas Anniversary - Roof Top Barbecue.
Ingredients Used for Roast Chicken
20 Cuts of roast chicken
8/10 Garlic 1 Medium Ginger (Grind into paste)
100g plain white yoghurt
1 small lemon
2 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon red chilli powder
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
Half teaspoon black pepper powder
Half teaspoon cumin powder
1 tablespoon red chilli flakes
1 pinch red food colour
Marinate for 2 hours
Ingredients for tikkas
3 kg breast tikka medium cuts
1 tablespoon ginger paste
1 tablespoon garlic paste
1 medium lemon
4 tablespoon plain white yoghurt
2 tablespoon veg oil
2 tablespoon soya sauce
1 tablespoon red chilli powder
2 tablespoon salt
Half teaspoon cumin powder
Half teaspoon turmeric powder
Half teaspoon coriander powder
1 tablespoon red chilli flakes
1 pinch red food colour
Marinate for 2 hours
Ingredients for Kebabs
2 kg Mutton Mince Meat
4 medium onions (grinded)
1 ginger piece grinded
10/12 green chilli grinded
Handful fresh coriander chopped
2 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
1 teaspoon red chilli flakes
Half teaspoon turmeric powder
Half teaspoon cumin powder
Half teaspoon black pepper powder
Mix all and marinate for 2 hours
