Mother need to be in that type of position like frog like position where gravity helps baby to pull out ...

It's membrane rupture and water helps in dilation too,hence the frog position and warm pressurised water helps in reducing pain

Innovation is good.But the patient's husband is very choosy to reject many CEs& doctors.If the husband has trust on this doctor(Dr Leena) he shouldn't have conditions to be present in the labour room.If the baby would have aspirated under water,then his voice would have been changed.

Nowadays husbands are allowed to be with the wife during delivery in almost all hospital outside odisha . its not about trust on doctors but its about being with your partner when she is in pain for their baby... and this helps the father to understand how much pain a mother goes to give birth..its not only birth of a baby but also new life for a mom too
