I love this video finally someone with useful electronics troubleshooting skills on you tube. Im experiencing this exact issue with my mini cooper 2009 s no fuel pulse from injectors due to grounding of DME and ECM issues everything else looks good car cranks no start to hank you
Hello sir, thank you for this video, i have a question, i have a ford transit connect that was working but had a rough idling (when revs increase, there is no problem). I had thought it was an injector, so i started the vehicle and begin disconnecting injectors. when i disconnected the 3th one, i started running very rough but it didn't stop running. So i stopped the engine. After that it didn't want to start anymore but it is cranking. So I checked the voltage in all injector connectors and i have only 1.25v in each pin. What could be the problem please ?
Hey thx so much for your effort in this training. I have a injector that gets batteri voltage on the suply pin. all fine there. BUT the pulse pin does do go all the way to zero voltage when PCM is grounding the injector coil. it only goes to around 5-6 volt. do you have a wisdoms word to say about that situation, in tis case is a Fiat Qubo multijet 1.3 mjt. Thx for your great videos.. i am a big fan of you.
Hello I have a 2014 chevy cruze eco 118k miles Burnt coil pack but swapped it with a new one Injectors 1 and 3 fuse keeps blowing Service Stabiltrak and service traction control lights/notification Cranks but won’t start Any advice would be greatly appreciated Thank you ❤️
Had a crank fire an no start issue for a long time on a 22re toyota 4x4 pickup watched 100 plus videos on this replaced computer fuel pump injectors tps arm new manifold an intake gaskets redid all my grounds fuel relay main relay distributor coil nothing helped. Had my truck towed 45 miles to a toyota dealership in Butte Mt. They reassured me they could figure it out after 4 months they had no idea had to tow it home again let it sit for along time not knowing what to do next. This month I put it back in the garage to check everything out again.last year I put a noid light on injector wire and I had pluse so I thought that was good. Yesterday I put the noid light on a different injector wire and the truck fired up on three cylinders hoping the short didn't hurt the ground to ecm. Going to order new injector wires. Hope this helps someone
In a cranking no start issue obviously you have to develop fuel pressure if you do not have a fuel pressure gauge you can look up the diagram on Google for free putting in the model and make of your car you'll get a diagram for free after that you fine the fuel pump relay and jump terminals 87 + 30 to see if the fuel pump comes on at all now remember also a crankshaft sensor has to give a signal to the fuel pump so that's the first thing I would advise
How does the camshaft sensor affect the fuel injectors? I have a 2006 GMC envoy that has fuel pressure and spark but the injectors won't fire fuel into the cylinders.
The the camshaft and crankshaft sensors usually control the relay to allow the fuel pump to get fuel pressure and your case there might be a b+ missing to the fuel injectors might be a fuse that's been blown or a bad ground
Hello sir,i am very interesting on your channel, easy to understand.,,my question is where can i get the book that same with you that you use in your video, thank you sir
Even if the injector is shorter internally it has to find a path to ground where would that path to ground be the computer gives you the ground when it toggles the switch inside to ground
In the first diagram - 4 injectors - each injector " pulls" the same 10 amps or close... because THEY WORK ONE AT A TIME ....NOT SIMULTANEOUSLY. ....NO CAR 4 OR 6 CYLINDER CAR HAS SIMULTANEOUS INJECTION
I’m receiving fuel pressure with new fuel pump and relay. The injector fuse keep blowing. Most times at high speeds. It also blow once upon putting it in. Help please
@@Joeelectronicschematicsforauto so I went to pick a part. And got a different fuse box for it. Plugged that fuse box in and same thing. I’m getting no power to the coil pack/fuel injectors fuses. Even with the key on no power. I’m getting power to allot of other fuses. But no power to certain part of the fuse box

Okay well keep me informed how it goes

Great work 👏
Amazing, this give me some ideas for diagnostics, thanks
Keep me posted Jose thank you for your comments

What about if only injectors 2&3 injectors doesnt work but if you swap 1&4 wires and place them on 2&3 they work
Hello, Joe. Hope you are doing well. What would happen to the voltage on the control wire if the injector were shorted?

Go to Google type in automotive technology a systems approach you should get an upgraded version
My sturn Uv injceto not working so the would start
Hello, Sir. How would you explain why an internally shorted injector does not blow a fuse? Current follows the path of least resistance.
So it's not divided at once different directions.. ..
It's pulling 10. 10. 10. And 10...
Not 1010. 1010
I’m receiving fuel pressure with new fuel pump and relay. The injector fuse keep blowing. Most times at high speeds. It also blow once upon putting it in. Help please
What is the make and model of the car
The injectors usually go to a computer module which could be a suspect right there
So I’m getting nothing to any of my fuses in that same line with the fuel injectors/ coil pack fuses
See if you have a fusible link or you have a bus wire that's the problem or a bad connection from the positive of the battery
@@Joeelectronicschematicsforauto I just went to pick a part and grabbed another fuse box. Fingers crossed this will do the trick
