I like to imagine that Shunsui’s sneak attack on Starrk is payback for that shot in the back Starrk did to him when he wanted to attack Wonderweiss for injuring Ukitake earlier and was caught off guard by Starrk.
I like how you comment on everything bleach related.
Starrk is going to win
shunsui sneaked before lol and than stark revenged but than again shunsui sneaked pls dont write something thats is a little wrong
Shunsui was sneaking him from the beginning, he doesn't fight fair
I'd like it if you don't 'imagine' anything at all.
Notice that Aizen didn't do anything until Starrk had gone down? Even that expression after Starrk dies (before he goes to kill Harribel) already tells you that Aizen did in fact value Starrk in some way as his Primera, as well as another reason which gets expanded on much later.
Harribel really got done unfairly by Aizen! It makes sense but it's also pretty ruthless. But Aizen wasn't actually trying to kill her. He slashed her once and sheathed his blade immediately. It's only when she struck again that he slashed back. It's a note I've only made on re-watches and re-readings, but it also says a lot.
И при этом, если бы он хотел убить убил бы, а так возможно дал шанс на выживание, ведь всё думали, что она мертва
Yeah. You definitely pick up a lot more clues of characters’ intentions on a rewatch of the series.
@@praz7 Yes, exactly that. Both of his attacks were non-fatal. But he also spared her from getting a worse punishment from the SS by fighting besides Aizen; when she lost by betrayal, they'd be sympathetic towards her and let her live.
Starrk's aspect of death, solitude, was what Aizen held close to his heart. He had some empathy for how Starrk felt, which is partly why he is the Primera Espada. Something that humanizes Aizen is that desire for connection, which is reflected in Starrk.
@@praz7 So…we’re just ignoring how they were explicitly ranked in order of Reiatsu now? 😂
I imagine some people still don’t quite understand how the last game Shunsui and Starrk played works so let me explain. So in the game, Irooni(AKA Colorful Demon) both parties need to announce a color to cut on their opponents as long as they have that color exposed on their body. The goal is to deal as much damage as possible onto your opponent. You do this by yelling a color that you also happen to have on your body as well. The more of that color you have, the more damage you’ll deal and the less of that color will deal less damage. When Shunsui started the game by announcing the color grey, he attacked Starrk’s grey sleeve. Now even though Starrk felt like his arm was going to be chopped off by the amount of force Shunsui swung, he only received a small cut. The reason for that is, Shunsui didn’t have any grey anywhere on his body so the game forces his attack to deal as little as damage as possible no matter how hard he swung down his sword. Starrk immediately figured out the rules and attacked with white, since white is the color that they would both take the most damage with. This is why Shunsui told him, “You guessed correctly.” Shunsui then changes this by catching Starrk off guard, with throwing his white Captain’s haori in front of Starrk, revealing him wearing a shihakushō that’s entirely black. This means if he were to attack any area that’s black on Starrk’s body, Shunsui would deal maximum damage. And that’s exactly what he did when he went for Starrk’s hollow hole. Hopefully, this made sense.
@@perrywinkle5000 It DOES matter what the opponent’s color is. Shunsui told Starrk that he “Won’t be able to cut any color aside from the one you announce.” Therefore, the color you announce has to be present on your opponent for you to target, no matter how little of that color the opponent has. If Starrk didn’t have any black at all, Shunsui couldn’t cut him yelling out black because there would be no black for him to cut.
Bro its literary in the manga. What fo you mean it doesn't matter! When he cut the grey part it didn't do any damage. If you see further in TYBW you'll see how Kyoraku is bound by the rules of his Zanpakuto!@@perrywinkle5000
Weird that people don't get it even though Shunsui and Stark fully explained it.
Great explanation, But I bet you didn't imagine Kenpachi would beat you at the end huh, Gremmy?
@@perrywinkle5000 You do realize most of what you said is something I already covered in my first comment right? It seems you misinterpreted what I replied. Nowhere did I ever say nor imply that the damage the announcer deals is dependent on the color of the opponent. It’s only the announcer’s color that determines the amount of damage given. I’m only correcting you on one thing you said that was false. You said, “Starrk could have no black on him and the result would’ve been the same.” This is not true because the color “black” has to exist somewhere on Starrk for Shunsui to cut if he wanted to yell out black. If there is no black anywhere on your opponent, you can’t yell black. You have to target specific parts on your opponent that share the same color as the one you announce and if you happen to have a lot of that same color on yourself, you’ll do more damage. If Starrk had even the tiniest amount of black on him, it would still count. If he had something as small as a single black stripe on his body then Shunsui would do the same tremendous output of damage like he did at the end of the fight.
Stark just wanted to sleep poor thing
Aizen is my second favorite villain in anime they way he plays with hes food is crazy
Aizen is a great mtf villain, one of the best, if not the best. It's funny that I was discussing this with a friend of mine recently, but the way he sees through people thoughts and feelings, manipulate them and has everything planned out in the palm of his hands is so fcking amazing.
Stark and ulquoria had some of the most painful deaths in this series and idk but they always were my favorite 2 espada❤❤
I mean they were the only 2 that were sympathetic
Its been fun catching up on your reaction, bleach is my fav, glad youre liking it, i enjoy watching you
[Tidbits & Clarifications]
- The theme behind Starrk and Wolves is quite sad when you understand the life of a "lone wolf". A lone wolf is a wolf that is searching, and what it seeks is another wolf. Everything in a wolf's nature tells it to belong to something greater than itself: the pack.
We saw that Starrk didn't care fighting or killing anyone, he just wanted something to belong to.
Starrks Tale is one of loneliness and it's used to show just how awful Aizen is, he is quite literally the devil here, a Shinigami taking advantage of these lost souls, using them to fight his war and discarding them.
- Aizen's betrayal towards Harribel is that much worse when you remember her aspect of death is Sacrifice. Aizen spits in the face of all of their Sacrifices, simply because he felt they weren't living up to his expectations.
- The Parallels between Lucifer and Aizen are even more apparent here, he gives people what they want only to ultimately hurt them in the end. These hollows made a deal with the devil (granted they were manipulated into making those deals)
- Funny that you said "it's like he knows their hearts instantly" because, again, a Hollows heart is their masks, they literally have their hearts on display for all to see.
- Lastly what is fascinating about Aizen is that he even tells the Arrancar to trust no one, not even him. Aizen is the depiction of an Ubermensch, so naturally, he seeks for people to walk their own path and will use people who don't. If the Espada actually heeded his warning they should switched sides the moment they got the chance.
Stark is such a great character and so is Shinsui. Loved their fight and Stark’s design is still top ten in the series for me
The thing about staying loyal to Aizen. I'ts a natural law of hollows that they follow from the times they were weak once. Its a natural wild and simple thing. Weak submits to strong. Like Tres Bestia's went under Halibel, like Espada went under Aizen.
I like to think of stark & lilynette relationship like kenpachi & yachiru inseparable. And find out later in the that these four characters are somewhat similar.
Love the thumbnail 😂
Honestly, if I went through all that work building an army and they didn’t even put a dent in the enemy forces I would feel some type of way
1. Aizen is among the top 3 worst villains of all time, regardless of what your order is.
2. Hallibel and her crew aren't dead.🙌
Aizen he amzing villain tho yes your ritht here my friend
@user-uu1hv8nv6i my friend, watch my favorite anime of all time called Claymore (Kureimoa 2007), you're gonna be enthralled!👾
I think its more like Hi-Sah-Gi. Hisagi Shuhei. Shoe-Hey.
great reaction as always🔥
Stark deserved to live :(.
I feel the same way
Shes so cute😭
Great bleach reaction 👌
What Aizen did was his show of Mercy.
Well, achsually... A minispoiler. Aizen took mercy on Haribel, he just injured her enough to incapitate her out of the fight. Though that isn't shown in story that she survived, until several arcs later.
She knows.. she is already on season 2 for the tybw on her patreon
Did he also show mercy on the Gotei 13 since they also didn't die?
@@drewferguson4787 yes. Might be wrong(edit: was wrong, look at the reply below), but I think Kubo in one of interviews said he injured them enough to be still conscious. I guess he wished for the fallen to witness his victory.
@@pRopaaNSit wasn’t Kubo, Aizen himself said this right after he defeated them before Yamamoto join the fight.
But he sill killed her she amzing tho but Aizen cold with it l agree with you
Aizen the goat
Cool with Stark shooting Shunsui in the back, but not cool with Shunsui stabbing Stark in the back. Hm…
I can't read lips what was said near the start I'm so curious now xD
The walls have ears
You will probably never understand why Aizen attacked Harribel so I'll tell you, he basically did it to save her since she would eventually lose and die that way he made sure she was out of the game and the Shinigami wouldn't go after her thinking she was dead.
... You ain't seen nothing yet. You think you hate him now. Wait a couple of episodes then. XD
Thanks for the Bleach, beautiful lady.
This isn't in the bleach playlist
🔥Bleach🔥
He doesn't want to kill anyone. (Helping with aizens plan to kill an entire town)
He just wants to chill with his bros
Is she done with TYBW??
Do you realize that this comes first... right...?
Cant wait for yammy fight reaction
PEAK
Shunsui beat the top ranked espada with just Shikai.
I swear aizen is sexist :( he has no problem stabbing his lady subordinates
Sigma 😂
I mean, Stark (Number 1) was beaten by an opponent's Shikai. There wouldn't have been any point in him having Number 3 keep going.
I don't think her being a woman had anything to do with it.
@@Zac_Frost Well that opponent is freakin Kyoraku but I get your point
@Zac_Frost you would have a point If not for the fact that A: Shunsui won via backstab after Stark was distracted by Vizards and B: His opponent is freaking Shunsui Kyoraku who isn't just any Captain and there is zero shame in losing to him the way he did since had Stark not been distracted there is no way the stab would have happened to force him into the shikai's game.
Yall say that but the people
He’s targeted in the gotei who weren’t captains were and I quote hinamori rukia halibel and rangiku. Matsumoto x)
